I am a UX Designer, people leader, and a compassionate human being with a lot to give back to the world. Collaboration is my playground, and a deep love and understanding for people and their experiences is my superpower.

As the loving human being that I am, I strive to be the person who puts in to the world what I want to see from it. With that said, “Do your part” is my motto.

Before my journey into the world of UX/UI design, I was a people leader in retail, and later a corporate trainer. Both of these roles taught me the importance of actively empathizing and listening to the needs of those I support so that my approach to any situation is tailored to each individual's needs. Whether I was creating new trainings for my frontline employees or mapping out a development plan for those I coached, I was already a UX Designer. I just didn't know it.

Design is not just something that is cool. The impact of thoughtful, human-centered design on our lives is truly profound! It shapes the way we experience the world, making things easier, more enjoyable, and more connected.

Music = Design? Yeah, seriously…

I'm also a musician. I studied music in college for 2 years and learned something really valuable: Collaboration creates truly magical moments. Musicians come from different walks of life. We all have unique perspectives and experiences. A great musician by themselves can write and arrange an amazing song, but when you get a group of musicians who hear and know the music differently contributing to the development of that song, the end result is a piece of music that would not have been possible if one brain were working on it. With that said, collaboration is something I value immensely, and I think the world of design is a better place when we are willing to openly collaborate with others to make a better user experience.
